Hall Cracks Down...Dynamo not Downtown?

The Baseball Hall of Fame is clamping down on what caps represent on the plaques for inductees. Will the Houston Dynamo soon be able to clamp down on a plan to build a stadium? I have some thoughts on both from my sports library.
